The cover is crisp and sharp edges and is in new condition outside of being opened. All corners are straight and this cover has no damage whatsoever except light ware see photo...
 
The record surface itself looks like it's never been played.  Very slight inner sleeve stain on one edge of record (only noticeable under bright light). . Plays absolutely near mint. Original printed inner sleeve also very close to mint. 
 
Record is professionally cleaned and placed in a brand new Mobile Fidelity inner sleeve.
